The kinesthetic Iyengar style of yoga will strengthen and condition your entire body in every session, with progressive muscle relaxation and static body weight bearing poses for developing or rehabilitating muscles flexibility and strength for a daily or athletic life. This therapeutic yoga can correct the body mechanics to eliminate dysfunction and pain. It can also correct and enhance athletic performance, stimulate genes and may even reduce disease.

She is one of the most energetic and passionate Hatha Yoga instructors teaching multiple styles throughout five classes, Fundamentals, Strength and Conditioning, Energizing, Power Flow and Family yoga. Her classes can embrace and challenge beginners to advance students to athletes from any age between 5-100. Her BA degree from the University of Pittsburgh and passion for yoga and marathon running complement her instruction and provide the knowledge for her to help others value Yoga’s importance of the relationship with the body that is built between the body, the mind and the breath. She shows you that Yoga creates space free from obstacles in your own body to live and grow stronger and longer muscles or even rehabilitate from injury. Her style and compassion encompasses how Yoga can be freedom, release and create mindfulness.
